Escape the hustle and bustle with a day designed just for you! Set in the heart of Old Town Toronto at the elegant Limber Boutique Fitness Club for Women, this experience is the perfect blend of relaxation, connection, and exploration.
About This Event
Start your adventure by wandering through the historic Distillery District, then step into serenity as you enter a beautifully candlelit room in one of the neighbourhood’s historic gems and be greeted with a crystal ceremony that sets the tone for ultimate renewal. Let your stress melt away during a session of gentle yoga followed by a soothing sound bath that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
Afterwards, share your experience with other like-minded women as you wrap up your day with dinner, at one of the local restaurants or tea time and treats at Velvet Lane Cakes and make it a celebration of self-care, friendship, and mindful exploration.
Each month, we’ll set the tone with a crystal ceremony designed to guide our intentions and inspire positive energy.
In February we focus on the Rose Quartz Crystal. Known as the "Stone of Unconditional Love," Rose Quartz radiates warmth, compassion, and emotional healing, making it ideal for deepening self-love and nurturing relationships.

Having devoted three decades to the corporate world, I empathize with the struggle of balancing work demands with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's the relentless travel or the constant battle to prioritize wellness, it's a challenge many of us face.
Having practiced yoga for 20 years, I decided to become a teacher 10 years ago. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher with over 300 hours of training, my expertise spans Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga. Additionally, my training in restorative yoga enables me to seamlessly incorporate therapeutic techniques into my teaching, enriching the experience for my students.
Jose Peralta
Medical Doctor (LIC in Argentina), Sound Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
Jose Peralta is an international medical graduate from Argentina with a background in family medicine who is on a mission to integrate conventional and complementary medicine. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing, Jose has expanded his expertise by studying Ayurvedic medicine in Argentina and India, as well as sound therapy in Argentina and Nepal.
Currently, he is pursuing studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a Naturopathic Doctor, aiming to create a seamless blend of traditional and alternative approaches to wellness.
Mckenzie Piper
Certified Yoga Instructor & Master Reiki Practitioner
Mckenzie Piper (Piper) is a certified yoga instructor and Master Reiki practitioner with a deep passion for holistic healing. Currently pursuing a degree in Naturopathic Medical School, Piper integrates mind, body, and spirit in her approach to health and wellness. With a focus on natural remedies, energy healing, and physical well-being, Piper is dedicated to empowering others to achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
Through Yoga, Reiki, Breathwork, Meditation and Naturopathic medicine, Piper aims to offer a holistic path to healing and personal transformation.
